Adesua Etomi was born on February 22, 1986 in Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. Her father is a soldier of Esan descent while her mother is a Yoruba civil engineer. She is has two older siblings and got married to her husband Banky W in 2017. Adesua Etomi-Wellington is a popular Nigerian actress and is one of the most beautiful actresses in Nigeria.

Early Life
Her full name is Tolulope Adesua Etomi-Wellington. She was born in the south-east, Owerri, Imo State, on 22 February. Although, sources says she was born in the year 1988, the beautiful actress in an interview with Pulse Nigeria said she she was 29 years old as at January 2016. She is also the youngest of three siblings.
Education
Adesua Etomi attended Corona International School in Lagos for her primary education and was a member of the school drama club at the age of 7. She then proceeded to Queen’s College, Lagos before relocating to the United Kingdom at the age of 13.
The popular actress obtained a diploma in “physical theatre, musical theatre and performing arts” from City College Coventry, UK in 2004 where she had triple distinctions after completion in 2006. She then proceeded to study drama and performance at the University of Wolverhampton, also in the UK graduating with first-class honours.
Acting Career
Adesua Etomi is a Nigerian actress. In 2014, she starred in her first feature film, Knocking On Heaven’s Door. She won the Best actress in a drama award at the 2016 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) for her role in the film, Falling. Her first acting encounter was at the age of 7 when she joined her primary school drama club in Lagos, Nigeria.
While pursuing acting as a career at the UK she studied Physical theatre, Musical theatre and Performing Arts at the City College, Coventry, United Kingdom completing the courses in 2006 with triple distinctions and being a part of numerous productions. She then proceeded to study Drama and Performance at the University of Wolverhampton where she excelled greatly, graduating in 2009 with 1st class honors and ‘The Foursight Theatre Award’.
Adesua Etomi moved back to Nigeria in 2012 and resumed her acting career in 2013. Although most of her training lies in theatre, she is best known for her roles in the movie ‘Knocking on heavens door’, the shortfilm ‘Brave’ and the groundbreaking tv series ‘Gidi up’.
She has also been part of numerous theatre productions and musicals; Saro, Les Miserables, London Life Lagos Living, The Secret Lives of Baba Segi’s wives, Shattered and Crystal slipper among others.

Etomi’s film credits include The Arbitration,The Wedding Party, and Falling. Other notable films she has appeared in include A Soldier’s Story (2015), Out of Luck (2015), and Couple of Days (2016). Etomi played Shiela in the fourth and fifth seasons of Shuga, a television soap opera about HIV/AIDS prevention. She began starring as Amaka Obiora, an undercover police officer, in Yemisi Wada’s crime series LasGidi Cops, which debuted in June 2016 on television.
Personal Life
On February 2017, Adesua Etomi got engaged to singer-songwriter, Banky W. The couple held their traditional marriage on 19 November, court wedding on 20 November and white wedding on 25 November 2017; the latter ceremony was held in Cape Town, South Africa.
