We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Develop sales proposals and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
• Prepare sales action plans and schedules
• Plan and conduct direct sales activities
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in-person
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• Follow-up on sales to ensure payment in full by client, timely production and installation on-site by the company
• Maintain sales activity records and reports
• Maintain a customer database and develop client referrals record
• Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
• Negotiate with clients
• Quality checks on product and service delivery
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
• Conduct market research and surveys
• Participate in sales events, exhibitions and Trade fairs
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
