Requirements

• The candidate must have an MBA, or a good Postgraduate degree from a reputable Business School with relevant experience as a Board Member of a corporate institution.
• Excellent organizational and people skills, an ability to network both locally and internationally, good marketing skills and an ability to work under extreme pressure are essential.
• A sound understanding of good Corporate Governance, financial deliverables, including Key Performance Indicators and a track record of achieving financial targets will be advantageous. Possession of an additional medical degree or healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
