Swift Drycleaning Service is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Objective

• To ensure excellent customer service and assist with the garment handling before and after the garments are cleaned and pressed.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED required
2. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
3. 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office
4. Basic knowledge of office equipment
5. Previous experience in an office or call center.

1. Satisfy customer needs
2. Handle drop-off and pickup
3. Create invoices for incoming orders
4. Tag the garments
5. Assemble the orders once cleaning is finished
6. Clean work area
7. Answers customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
8. Directs customers to online resources
9. Updates customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
10. Pitches ideas for improving customer care
11. Creates and maintains reports about customer interactions
12. Attends weekly staff meetings
13. Participates in team-building activities
14. Develops a rapport with customers
15. Encourages customers to complete surveys
16. Makes recommendations to management to improve customer experience
