We’ve found the cure for coronavirus – China

The Chinese government has given the latest report on coronavirus. The moat populous Asian nation said that it has found a cure for the epidemic. This was made known by China’s ambassador to Nigeria, Dr Zhou Pingjian, on Monday, February 3.

Finally, China can breathe an air of relief as the nation, according to its ambassador to Nigeria, Dr. Zhou Pingjian, said that it has found a cure for the global epidemic called coronavirus.

Speaking on the feat of a press conference in Abuja on Monday, February 3, Pingjian said that a team of doctors are currently working on a vaccine to eliminate the virus, Daily Trust reports. In his assurance, the Chinese ambassador said that in about two weeks, the disease will be curbed and its momentum drastically reduced.

He added that going by mechanisms already put in place, the virus will not only be curbed and controlled, it will also be treated.

Pingjian said: “The Chinese nation has gone through great winds and waves and overcome countless difficulties. “The 1000 bed makeshift hospital in Wuhan, which was built in 9 days and is in full operation today, speaks volumes.” Speaking on the safety of the Nigerian community in China, the ambassador said that the Chinese government is committed to saving the lives of not less than 60 citizens who reside in Wuhan.
